BioThis is my art journal. I have a BA in Studio Arts from the University of Minnesota (1997). I'm originally from Grand Forks, North Dakota, and currently live in Minneapolis with my husband and two little boys, who sometimes make it hard to get any art done, but I try! :)
My subject matter is generally lonesome landscapes and/or abandoned architecture. I like forsaken farmhouses, crumbling churches, solitary schools, and abandoned asylums. I work with oils, colored pencils, photography, ink, and watercolors (just starting those - not sure about them yet!)
I hope to one day make a web site, when I'm not solazy busy, but until then, I'll be posting to this journal!
All my photos and some of my paintings/drawings are available for sale, along with prints of most paintings. Contact me with questions!
